Beautiful Room and Great Location, but Service Details Need Improvement + The room was truly lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the location of the hotel is excellent. Most of the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful, and overall the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. However, a few issues affected the experience. The Wi-Fi was poor, and there was an unpleasant situation with breakfast: although breakfast was included and my daughter arrived within the stated breakfast hours, she was not served. Some members of the breakfast staff came across as rude and unhelpful, and the communication regarding this issue felt inappropriate. The follow-up communication after the stay also took longer than expected, which made the resolution process feel less smooth than it should have been. That said, the hotel eventually apologized and resolved the breakfast issue, which we appreciate. Overall, the hotel has many strong points, especially the room, comfort, and location…

Confortável acomodação em Manhattan + Localização - excelente. Tamanho do quarto - excelente, extremamente confortável, com ótimo ar-condicionado. Staff - são simpáticos, principalmente as senhoras da limpeza. Instalações - excelentes − Ponto de melhoria seria colocarem vidros ou algo similar ao invés de cortinas nas banheiras. Isso é muito ruim. Outro aspecto é a exigência de 100 dólares por dia à título de caução. Eu deixei em cash e me foi devolvido também em cash, mas acho isso inconveniente e deselegante. Um hotel de categoria não deveria exigir isso. Travesseiros muito macios e colchão muito mole, inadequados para meu gosto.
