    + Female checking me in was rude, I asked for a possible from with two beds and was told no, sold out. I requested a manager and she said “that won’t make the room available “

    Good place to stay near time square + Good location, very nice and supporting staff. We got the highest floor and there’s no disturbing noise from the street at all. Close to Penn station and time square. Lots of food and convenience stores/supermarket around the area.
