+ Very nicely designed hotel complex. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. − Altough it is a very nice hotel, it’s not worth booking it just because of the included Fast Pass and early park admission!We had early access to Universal Studios (only Adventure Island, not Universal Studios anymore), two hours before the official opening time—just like hundreds of other guests staying at the Universal hotels. After only 15-20 minutes, wait times were already up to 120 minutes, even though the park hadn’t officially opened yet.

Amazing + Great location, walking distance to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure Shuttle bus to Universal Epic, water taxi to the other parks Clean & well maintained, staff very nice & kind Very convenient to store luggage, receive park tickets & express passes and just head out to the parks − For the price they charge, they could afford complimentary breakfast, and also not charge 4.5$ for washing machine

Excellent séjour près des parcs universal dans cette hotel de grande qualité + C'est un très bel hôtel avec belle piscine, chambres grandes et confortables. Nous avons également apprécié le fast pass inclus dans le prix de la chambre pour 2 parcs universal. Les parcs (sauf Epic universe) sont à 10 mn de marche de l'hôtel ou en bateau. Belle salle de sport également et petit supermarché où on trouve tout ce qu'il faut . − Rien tout était très bien
