+ A fantastic return visit! I was here 2 years ago. I am here again today and the improvements really show. From rooms to better facilities. Loved the variety of activities (monitor lizard feeding and pond fishing were unique fun), and the beach is still beautifully clean and relaxing. The golf course looks stunning. When it rained, thanks to the covered walkway to the Sunset Bar restaurant kept things dry and easy. The room view was gorgeous too. Definitely a much better experience than last time – highly recommend!

Interesting place to stay if you’re building a case study on “how to run a hotel the worst way possible” + Some staff members were lovely, location was convenient. − Where to begin? - ac in the room didn’t work - the fridge didn’t work - one of the days there was like a plague of mosquitos in the bed - bath didn’t work - food experience was the worst, out of the 8 restaurants only 1 or 2 were open with half of the menu available - no juices or smoothies available - every day something happened…one it was shells in an omelette, another day no milk at the buffet, today my friend got food poisoning… - no clear information or communication unless it is to sell you something - common areas were sad…dry garden, broken pool showers, outdated gym, the spa smelled funny (humidity)

+ Had a wonderful stay! The beach is beautiful, and the room was big with a nice sea view. The Sunset bar right in front of the beach is a highlight – especially having a meal and drink there during sunset. Nothing to complain about. Truly value for money. − None

Grundsätzlich gut, da wir nur am Strand sein wollten und das kann man dort gut. Alles andere war nicht überzeugend und w + Die ruhige Lage, die Pools, der private Strand − Es war am Strandabschnitt der nicht mehr genutzt wird sehr dreckig, was sehr schade ist. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und man merkt, dass Teile nicht mehr genutzt und dementsprechend sehr heruntergekommen sind. Die gesamte Anlage könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Auf den Bildern ist es schöner und moderner dargestellt. Die Restaurants sind sehr teuer und die Auswahl für Vegetarier sind gleich 0. Wir mussten immer rausfahren zum Essen da die Restaurants nicht überzeugten

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. Highly recommend the Chinese Restaurant! + We had an amazing stay from the moment we arrived. Welcome: We were pleasantly surprised with a plate of fresh fruit and the cutest towel dog waiting in our room. It was such a thoughtful welcome and made our son so happy. Beach: Beautiful! Our 5-year-old had so much fun playing in the sand while we relaxed by the water. Room: The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The room and bathroom was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both Asian and Western dishes. Dinner: We had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and well prepared. We would definitely recommend trying it during your stay.

人生のハイライトになるビーチ + ビーチが最高に良かった。今までで1番綺麗だった。ビーチクリーンをもっとちゃんとやればもっと良くなる。ゲストのお客さんにも協力してもらう無料プログラムにすれば良い。部屋は広く、景色も良かった。 − 食事はもっと頑張らないといけない。マレー料理はそこそこ良かったが、ウェスタンはひどかった。朝食もあまり評価はできない。
