Just okay + The location is strategic, easy to get a grab or taxi, and pretty to close to any landmarks. − The cleanliness of the toilet, and the bedsheet. No varities in tv channel, and there is no refrigerator also. I bought oleh oleh from Insyirah but couldn't keep it cool and rosak sebab semut dan serangga hurung.

Reasonable Good! + Good location, easy to grab or taxi to attraction places and opposite side there is indomaret and Pagi Sore restaurant. The hotel has a good spread of buffet breakfast. − Often the electric went off for a few minutes especially at night time. It can be scary if you are in the bath suddenly the light goes off.

Okay. + Semua okay. − Kami pilih hotel bersama breakfast tapi tiada dalam sistem. So, every time nak breakfast, staff akan mention yang booking tanpa breakfast. Then, bila kami explain, dia akan call receiptionist. Baru laa kami boleh masuk. Every time nak breakfast, the same thing happens. Till the last day.

Pengalaman menginap yang buruk. + Saya suka likasi nya yang tengah kota − 1. Fasilitas sepeti ketersediaan tissu di wastafel kamar mandi dan tissu makan disetiap meja makan di restoran tidak ada sama sekali. Tidak bisa menyimpan air dingin dan buah karna tidak ada kulkas. Kettle rusak. Di meja bar hanya menyediakan teh, tidak ada kopi dan creamer. AC tidak dingin, kami tidur dengan keringat di badan. 2. Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, saat saya datang mengambil kunci, reseptionist tidak berada di t4. Tidak ada bell boy yang bisa dimintai pertolongan untuk membawa barang bawaan ke kamar, begitupun saat akan turun check out. 3. Menu sarapan nya membosankan. Tidak mencerminkan menu hotel *3. Nasi kuning entah nasi goreng terlalu kering, berderai dan agak keras. Membuat nafsu makan hilang. 4. Tidak ada hiasan ato bunga yang mempercantik ruangan. Apalagi lorong terlihat menyeramkan saat malam hari.
