    + Great modern hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent big buffet breakfast. Great views. − The pillows were enormous and solid!! My husband and I struggled to get a good night sleep because of this. Im sure they could of been changed out if the place wasnt fully booked

    Not the standard expected from Aston. Not the same standard it had 6 years ago. + Location and Room was great like always. Staff very friendly too. Parking included in the Price. − This was our 3rd stay at Aston Kupang, we stayed there 6 years ago and it was amazing. But now: the panorama restaurant on the 18th floor is closed, the SPA > closed (even though spa is still mentioned on all websites and the facility catalog at the hotel), the Gym (2 treadmills defect, spinning bike defect too, so except for workout station and stepper, no functioning equipment). Also after breakfast on the second day I was vomiting all day and had diarrea (and yes I am used to Asian food standards after living in Timor Leste for 13 years). We had specifically chosen this hotel because of these promoted facilities but they were not as promoted on the website and booking.com.
