Hotel cómodo y servicio excelente + Habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. Desayunos espectaculares hecho al momento y gran equipo de dirección. Nos regalaron unas camisetas porque estaban de obras y había ruido.

Rendben van. + Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás. Viszonylag tiszta is volt, mindennap kaptunk új törölközőket, illetve mindennap takarítottak. − Rettenetes bűz áradt be a klímán keresztül néha, ezért nem lehetett bekapcsolni. A reggeli már a második naptól unalmas volt és nem volt változatos, valamit nem úgy néz ki mint a képeken. Aki ide foglal számítson rá, hogy nem az várja ami a fotókon van.

+ Location private and close to the beach. Rooms spacious and beds comfortable. Staff accommodating and friendly. They upgraded my room for free. Very Impressed to stay here in the low season and pay a good rate − The lift a bit slow and had to wait during busy times. I see a lot of negative reviews. Many unjustified. I wouldn't hesitate staying again at a reasonable rate.

Hotel que debería estar cerrado. + Absolutamente nada. El personal no se molestó mucho en ayudarnos a pesar de que estábamos en la zona más alejada del hotel y necesitábamos ayuda especial para desplazarnos. − un horror. El hotel está completamente en obras por lo que no hay piscina, no hay roof top y está todo lleno de escombro. No se puede tener un hotel abierto en estas condiciones. Los operarios paseándose x la terraza de la habitación, nada de intimidad. Cada vez que querías coger el ascensor te eternizabas por estar siempre ocupado subiendo y bajando escombros. En el mejor de los casos llegaba y tenías que montar con 5 operarios y sus respectivos instrumentos de trabajo. Al estar en obras todo el hotel las piscinas tienen el circuito de saneamiento cortado por lo que la piscina a la que daba acceso nuestra habitación estaba sucia, llena de cascotes y con un color de agua horrible. La habitación de limpia tiene lo justo, mandamos que limpiasen dos días pero viendo lo que hacían d…

Beautiful hotel. + Beautiful hotel, ideal location. Exceptionally clean, large spacious room. Loved our stay, the only downside was building works carried out 7 days a week, the roof top bar was closed, which was the reason we book this hotel, over others in the resort. We were not notified of this before our stay, if we were we would have changed hotels. The staff were all so helpful, kind and friendly, especially Ron, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He is a true gem to Sugar Palm. − Building works 7 days a week. Roof top bar was a building site, which was a massive loss to our stay.

Definitely I will think to book again for the coming visits to Phuket + The room is clean, comfortable and the location is nice and near to the beach and downtown, the hill is a little bit high but it is not that much trouble

Hôtel correspond totalement aux photos. + Chambres, Petit déjeuner, l'accueil et la réactivités aux demandes. − On a du payé des chaussons que nous avons pas pris, Vérification de la chambre n'est pas a négliger.
