+ Really good utilities and staff. We changed from a 2-bedroom to 1-bedroom for extended stay and they allowed us to continue using the same 2-bedroom unit without extra charge.

+ The executive apartment is super spacious, clean, comfortable, overall beyond our expectations. The staff are all very welcoming, patient and extremely helpful. We had the best 4 days stay to tour Abu Dhabi. Definitely will come back to stay here again!

+ Even though the check in was at 3pm they only had the room ready at 8:30pm. And when we requested late check out they didn’t accommodate it despite their own delays.

+ Very nice hotel. Family friendly. Strongly recommended. Staff is excellent, helpful, and friendly. Free valet parking. Free wifi. Add in breakfast buffet is excellent. Huge variety of foods. The apartment suite is large, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, including washer/dryer, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, water heater, dishwasher. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Housekeeping is fast and gets done very early. Quiet hotel. Pool and gym. Walking distance from a supermarket and a large mall. 25 min from the Abu Dhabi airport.

Je déconseille + Le Check in a été rapide pour notre appartement du 14e étage qui était fabuleux Il manquait un lit qui n’avait pas été anticipé, il a été amené suite à ma demande Nous avons eu des gros problèmes dû à la climatisation, on aurait dit qu’on était au pôle Nord tellement il faisait froid, notamment au salon. Nous avons signalé le problème et un technicien est venu une fois pour nous dire que c’était normal, et vu que j’ai insisté, il a dit qu’il allait revenir d’ici une quinzaine de minutes si l’appartement était toujours froid. Finalement il est revenu et il est intervenu une demi-heure en ouvrant la trappe de la cuisine lorsqu’il est parti, nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir que la Cuisine était dans un état très sale. La température ne s’est pas améliorée et le technicien nous a dit qu’il ne ferait pas plus que 20° que c’était normal. Plus tard, dans la nuit, la trappe du plafond de la cuisine est tombée. Nous avons eu très peur de technicien et de nouveaux reven…
