Amazing memories for years + The Vila was amazing, we had separate rooms for us and for the children (3 bedrooms!) it had a private pool which the kids loved and didn’t wanted to leave . I must mention also Tina from the reception she helped us a lot with booking trips , answering late at night she really did her best to help in every request we had ! − Nothing it was really great

Mediocre experience of facilities and food in the hotel. However. customer relations was pleasant. + Close to the beach and pleasant customer service. − The breakfast option was mediocre and the facilities were not up to Scratch. Like the gym was not air conditioned, the pool was not clean, the kids club could have more in it.

− Absolutely infuriating! My Phu Quoc hotel overbooked my stay, forcing me into a downgraded room at a different, inferior property. No apology, just a "deal with it" attitude from staff who barely spoke English. Ruined my vacation plans and left me feeling completely scammed. Avoid at all costs!

إقامة ممتعة، مميزة ومتكاملة بكل المقاييس، وأنصح بشدة بهذا المنتجع لكل العائلات الباحثة عن الراحة والاستجمام + منتجع Sunset Sinato كان خيارًا رائعًا جدًا للعائلة. منذ لحظة الوصول، حظينا باستقبال مميز شمل مشروب ترحيبي وتعريفًا شاملًا بالمنتجع وخدماته المتنوعة. يضم المنتجع مرافق ممتازة، من بينها نادي الأطفال، وبركة سباحة كبيرة تحتوي على زلاجات مائية تناسب الصغار والكبار، مما أضفى متعة خاصة على إقامتنا. كما يتميّز المنتجع بإفطار غني ومتنوع يلبي جميع الأذواق، حيث تتوفر تشكيلة واسعة من الأطباق العالمية والمحلية، إلى جانب المخبوزات الطازجة والفواكه المتنوعة والمشروبات الساخنة والباردة. جودة الطعام كانت ممتازة والتنظيم راقٍ، مما جعل تجربة الإفطار بداية مثالية ليوم ممتع داخل المنتجع. كما تمت ترقية الفيلا الخاصة بنا مجانًا، وكانت واسعة جدًا وتتسع لأكثر من عشرة أشخاص، إضافة إلى احتوائها على بركة سباحة خاصة، وهو ما زاد من راحة وخصوصية العائلة. طاقم الضيافة كان ودودًا ومتعاونًا إلى أبعد الحدود، ويسعدني أن أتقدم بشكر خاص إلى Mr. Kate الذي لم يدّخر جهدًا في جعل إجازتنا أكثر متعة وتنظيمًا − مقترحا…

Отель не тянет на 5 звезд. За такую стоимость сильно пожалели о своем выборе. Вилла большая но стара + Завтраки ужасные. С мошкарой. Персонал весь потный. Из какого помещения выносят еду вообще не понятно. − Из-за жары не было доверия в свежести продуктов. Море грязное. Грязное не из-за мусора. Что то было в воде не могли понять. На севере море намного чище. Никакой разврекательной программы нет. Чтобы выехать в город , в час пик за такси надо заплатить двойную оплату.

Fun waterslide, delicious breakfast + The staff are delightful and the buffet breakfast is really big! And there is a golf cart that will pick you up and drop you off at your villa. I was here on my birthday and they surprised me with some thoughtful touches. The waterslides are super fun! − Everything was great.
