The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access everything I needed. A special thank you to Tom, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and for kindly upgrading my room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to thank Jenny at the restaurant reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and excellent service throughout my visit. Prima verblijf om Hanoi te ontdekken! + Prima kamers met leuke rooftopbar op loopafstand van de stad. − De kamers waren best gehorig. Geluiden bij buren en op de gang waren duidelijk te horen( ook ‘‘s nachts)
