A wonderful stay - beautiful, comfortable, quiet and with genuinely lovely staff. Our favourite hotel in Hanoi! + The location is perfect: right in the city centre, but the room was surprisingly quiet. The rooms are spacious, cosy, clean and beautifully designed. We especially loved the pool and the absolutely delicious breakfast. The staff were wonderful and very kind to our child. All the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. One of the staff members even received a drawing from our 6-year-old and gave him a lovely little gift when we checked out, which was such a sweet gesture. Of all the hotels we stayed at in Hanoi, this was definitely our favourite. − The only thing that was disappointing was the additional charge for our child sharing the bed with us. We had booked the room for two adults and one child, but this additional charge was not mentioned on Booking.com. It was around VND 500,000 per night, so it wasn’t a huge amount, but it was still unexpected and unpleasant a…
