Thanks to staff, we have a very relaxing day at Kobi even it’s just a short trip. We will be definitely back with longer + The staffs are friendly and helpful. They make sure our stay comfortable all the time. Onsen is fabulous − The swimming pool is small and dirty. Water need to be cleaned

Family of +20 Enjoyed our Villas! + Our family enjoyed the Onsen and delicious dinner at the resort. The villas were clean amd the staff made us feel welcome with personal touches.

Cũng tạm + Phòng ốc sạch. − Tư vấn dịch vụ tắm nước nóng không rõ. Thành ra gia đình mình chọn hồ nước nóng gia đình, tắm xíu rồi ra, không trải nghiệm được nhiều. Cảm thấy bị mất quyền lợi.

Fantastic place to chill out + Wow!! It was the most wonderful experience and highlight in this trip! To be honest this hotel was the best hotel I've ever stayed in Vietnam! Everything was so perfect,10 out of 10! I am Japanese so I am pretty picky about ONSEN, however it was so fantastic and relaxing. That reminds me of my country. Everything was Japanese standard, the facility was nice and clean, staff members were so friendly, and also the breakfast was very yummy and there were lots of choices! I will definitely come back to HUE just to stay this hotel again!! Hope there are more hotels like this in Vietnam! Thank you so much , Kobi ONSEN!!!

+ Красивый отель и руководитель старалась исправит ошибки, которые возникли во время проживания − Когда бронировали было указано что спа-центр входит в стоимость, по итогу спа-центра того к которому привыкли русские нет, они вместо этого делают скидку на массаж. Так же у нас нормально не смогли принять заказ в ресторане

מקסים + הכל. קבלת הפנים היתה נפלאה. הצוות שירותי ומקסים, אוהבים לעזור. האונסן הפרטי היה מדהים בסוף יום ארוך. העיסוי שקיבלנו היה הכי טוב שהיה לנו עד היום. מלון מטופח ויפייפה. − מעט עמוס. תאורה בחדר חשוכה ולא טובה לאיפור.

Wunderschönes Hotel. + Eine wunderschöne Hotelanlage. Die Villa mit dem Privatonsen war super schön. Das Personal nett und bemüht. Die Speisen welche das Hauskeeping brachte war von hoher Qualität. Pickelball war umsonst, super. − Das Gastrokonzept. Der Speisesaal ist ein Graus, hier gehören Abtrennungen rein, Wände, Pflanzen etc. In einem solchen Hotel gehören mindestens 3 Restaurants (z.B.Japanisch, Vietnamesisch, Western) Das Frühstück ist ungemütlich, vieles wird nicht nachgefüllt, sehr laut.

Wenn du mit Familie entspannen willst, dann hier + 3 Monate Asien / Australien mit 2 Kindern. 20 Übernachtungen und das war mit Abstand die beste. Super gepflegte Anlage und Zimmer. Pool und Gym wirklich top. Personal 10+. Buffet super und dann kommt der Onsen Bereich als absolute Sahnehäubchen noch dazu. Wirklich eine 10 von 10. − Wirklich nichts. Leute helfen bei allem, es ist besser als auf den Bildern und man kann absolut relaxen. Hue sind 15 Min Taxifahrt. Absolut empfehlenswert

Ottimo albergo, fuori dal casino della città. + Bella struttura, camera spaziosa e confortevole. − Pulizia delle parti comuni da migliorare, il corridoio era un pò sporco sia quando siamo arrivati sia il giorno successivo.

The staff make this resort 5 star not the resort itself. + Exceptional staff especially those in the Sala restaurant who knew my room number and drink choice and had it ready for me. The Onsen is the stand out feature after the staff. Clean well maintained and again helpful staff. There are many places to sit and relax or read around the resort. − It is a little far out of town and although I knew this when booking it isnt until you get there that you realise just how far. No tour group will pick up so you need to add the extra time and cost to get into town to the tour price. The resort also have lots of big groups stay and they are loud and noisy. During my 6 day stay I only slept properly 1 night due to them talking and running on the floor near my room.
