Excellent stay in Sapa + The quality of the service provided from the whole staff. The view from the room on the valley The confort of the room and the terrace − The breakfast is more standard with plenty of foods proposed but the quality is not at the standard of the hotel.

+ Most wonderful views, setting and level of service − The only negative thing of the whole stay was that the bathroom.sliding door was sticky. We called reception on the first day and maintenance fixed it

+ موقعه رائع واطلالته جميله جداً وتعامل الموظفين جميل جداً ومبتسمين وفيه موظفه اسمها كيتي اعتقد خدمتنا بشكل مميز جداً − الافطار جميل لكن المطعم في الغداء لو حبيت يجب ان تلاحظ ان الاكل قد لايناسبك لانه غير مطبوخ جيداً غير مستوي مع انهم بذلوا جهد للتعديل ولكن لم يناسبني انا قد يناسبك انت!

+ Good location with great view of the rice fields. Staff were very friendly especially Katie who was very helpful. Room was clean, breakfast and spa was also very good. We had an amazing stay there.

Tres Bon séjour + Grand Hotel, avec de nombreux chambres, si tu es juste à l’extérieur de la ville environ 800 m que vous pouvez faire à pied ou en taxi. Très belle vue depuis notre chambre, accueil agréable et description au confort localisation idéale pour les départs des différents randonnée.

Een aanrader ! + Heerlijk ontbijt, voor ieder wat wils. Prachtig uitzicht over de rijstvelden. Op slechts 5 min wandelen van het centrum. Heerlijk zwembad. Mooie kamer met goed bed. Massage en gezichtsbehandeling ook prima! − niets
