+ The staff were really accommodating and very friendly. The first room we were taken to had two lights that were not working, and the room was already very dark. Without hesitation, we were offered an upgrade to a larger room but was still very dark, but we took that regardless. We stayed for 9 nights and changed rooms twice. The toilets were constantly blocked and water from the sink did not drain. Because the staff were so nice we actually felt bad complaining. Eventually, the blockage issues got out of hand so we were offered another room change. I would not recommend staying because of the very dated rooms. The were so dated it prompted me to ask how old the building was. Staff is A , professional and just good people.

+ We stayed at the Pullman for a week, and it was the best experience and value in Vietnam. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and clean, and we had our laundry cleaned at very reasonable rates. We had a dedicated breakfast table and the servers knew our drinks. The pool was nice, the gym was huge, and the whirlpool was great. We also played tennis on the grounds. The location was close enough to walk to old quarter for us (~1 mile). Highly recommend the Pullman!

+ Nice luxurious hotel. Staffs are very helpful and professional. Breakfast is more towards continental, will be good to have more local options.

Great + Had just 1 night at the pullman this was my 2nd stay here. Note to travellers, get the reception to get your taxi to the airport it will save you a much money as the Hanoi taxis rip foreigners off.

Will not comeback + Very good service, but the room was poor, bathroom not clean, shampoo dispensers not working, the room itself the same, room service didn't have a menu, you need to call to ask for a pricewould not expect from 5 star

+ Very helpful staff. Great breakfast selection. Good value hotel. Rooms could use a little upgrading but it has the essentials in place. Swimming pool decking needs fixing. Overall we had a nice. comfortable and enjoyable stay there.

+ Lovely hotel a short taxi ride from the major attractions. Technically, it would be 10-15 walk, too, but sidewalks in the area are filled with parked scooters, plus traffic does not stop for pedestrians on the crosswalk, so walking is challenging. We got to enjoy the pool for one day, but it was closed for renovations on Christmas Day. Maybe check if it open If pool is important for you. Excellent buffet breakfast. Would stay again when they fix the pool.

+ The facility has a great gym, although warm it served its purpose. The facility also has a pickle ball court!!

+ This hotel was a good value for that we paid. Even though it’s not in the Old Quarter which is where most action is and where most tours offer pick up and drop off, it is not far from this area. Breakfast was great and a variety of cuisines, the gym was big and open 24/7, and all the staff we interacted with were very professional and helpful.

+ Terrible location I walked around for ages around dusty streets and trod in dog poo looking for somewhere to eat or get a cold beer. Hotel room is massive and creepy with only two plug sockets that work. Overall it felt like being in a time warp or in North Korea. You need to take a taxi for 15 minutes to get something to eat. Don't bother staying here at all.

+ There’s not much restaurant around the area. Too far from the main cbd( old quarter ). Some of the staff (reception staff ) can’t even understand basic english. Compare to the valet staff, they understand and speak english. Otherwise, the hotel is not bad at all. It’s just the communication is very prostrating.

+ Pros: Fun trip. Good quality hotel. Pickleball court on site (bonus!) as well as all the regular pool/gym/sauna etc. Cons: service staff taking coffee/tea orders at breakfast buffet couldn’t speak English and didn’t know the difference between coffee and tea. Every day for 5 days they got it wrong and I had to ask 2 or 3 times before I got what I wanted. My laundry wasn’t delivered on time, I needed to chase them up for it at 10pm. Then when it arrived half was missing. I followed up 2x more before I actually got all my laundry I ordered food at the pool and they told me couldn’t give to me with paying up front? I asked them to put it to my room, said she would check. Came back 5 mins later and said it was ok. Weird
