+ We had a wonderful holiday. The staff assigned us a room with a partial sea view, which was still very beautiful. The breakfast was impressive, with many fresh and delicious dishes every day. The staff were very enthusiastic; they asked us how the meal was, and when we pointed out something, they resolved it immediately. I was given a small birthday cake upon check-in, which was very heartwarming. The fire dance performance in the evening was a fantastic highlight.

+ Sunset Beach Resort & Spa felt like one of those places where you just slow down without trying. I really liked that the beach is literally right in front, so I could just walk out anytime and sit by the water, especially during sunset. The breakfast was another highlight for me, since there were actually good options and not just basic stuff. Overall, it just felt easy, peaceful, and worth it for the price.

Otherwise absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel. It’s a really worthwhile experience + The view was amazing.. the infinity pool is beautiful.. the hotel is right at the beach − There were bed bugs that bit each night

Magnifique + Incroyablement beau ! Le personnel gentil. Hotel paradisiaque. Vue splendide. − Extrêmement humide dans la chambre et le corridor . Ça pu l’humidité partout. Ils mettent un sens bon électrique dans la chambre pour cacher l’odeur . Mais il reste que les draps du lit et nos vêtements sont humides en permanence. Ma fille a changé de chambre pour cette raison , mais l’autre chambre était pareil . Tout comme nous . Très mauvais pour la santé . Il aurait fallu un déshumidificateur. C’est le seul point négatif.

Great place to enjoy marvelous sunsets. + Clean, welcoming and helpful staff, great sunset view, night entertainment program at beach bar. − Sunbeds were not covered with mattresses, however we saw them laying in a closet.

+ Las vistas al mar desde la habitación. El transfer desde el aeropuerto al hotel está incluido. − El bar que tienen junto a la playa, me parece caro para la calidad que tiene. La música estaba muy alta por lo que no lo recomiendo para cenar, está bien para tomar una copa.

I had the most beautiful stay at Sunset Beach Resort! + The entire place truly lives up to its name - the sunsets here are unreal. The beach is clean, calm, and perfect for evening walks or just relaxing with a coconut in hand. The rooms were spacious, super clean, and had the perfect tropical vibe. The staff deserves a special mention - extremely warm, helpful, and always ready to guide you with local recommendations. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of fresh fruits and Vietnamese options.Highly recommend! Would love to come back soon.

サンセット、綺麗 + ホテルの部屋からビーチまで、歩いて行ける。部屋は清潔で広く、テラスからの眺めも良かった。素晴らしい夕陽が見られた。 − ホテルのフロントを通して、ツアーを申し込み、ロビー待機時刻の前から待っていたのに、予定時刻からだいぶ経ってから、中止の知らせを聞いた。もっと気にかけてもらっても良いのでは。

Highly recommend the corner window room for the views and the beautiful, relaxing atmosphere! + We stayed in the corner window room and it was absolutely amazing! The views were incredible, and the room itself was beautiful and so comfortable. The round bed was incredibly comfortable, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave the room! Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of options and plenty of vegetarian choices, which was a big plus. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend the corner window room for the views and the beautiful, relaxing atmosphere! − The views

In general this is a proper 4 star resort + Great resort with direct touch to the beach. Just walk out of your room and you are on the beach already. Two clean swimming pool, one of them is with the infinitive view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is with many choices for a full day on the beach. You can hire a water motorbike and enjoy the fun on water. The resort locates in a good place that you can access to money exchange, laundry, local food restaurants.

The location is phenomenal. + The pools and the food were outstanding. You can't beat a sunset here with the live band. Room really clean and good smell. The staff weren't as friendly as other hotels but we're helpful and polite.

+ The room's spacious and cozy, with a large balcony to relax. You will be greeted by welcome drinks and welcome fruits. The air conditioning is strong. The location is excellent, 8 minutes walk from VinBus station. The only downside for me is the loud disco music which continues till midnight.

Good 4 star resort and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. + They provide free shuttle pickup/drop off facility to phu quoc international airport. Got partial ocean view room which was clean and comfortable. The resort has free wifi, a chill beach bar and attractive fire dance performances with trendy music. Enjoyed the large spread of good buffet breakfast for our stay . Will definitely come back next time..

Correct mais des points à améliorer + Emplacement au bord de la mer, même si la plage n’est pas hyper belle. Emplacement t calme mais avec tout ce qu’il faut pour aller se restaurer à quelques pas. Les 2 piscines, une extérieure et une semi intérieure, avec l’eau à bonne température. Personnel agréable. − Les chambres et surtout la salle de bain ne sont pas très bien entretenu (joint de douche et de carrelage usées), les matériaux sont de qualités médiocre. Pas de pression d’eau dans la douche et température de l’eau très compliqué à maintenir , parfois la pression de l’eau est tellement faible, qu’on ne peut pas se rincer ou à peine.

Great hotel overall, the ocean views are stunning, pool is sparkling clean, breakfast options great. + The view was spectacular. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff friendly. − The balcony chairs weren’t inviting or comfortable and you needed to ask and wait for the pool lounge cushions which needed updating/replacing.
