Bel hôtel original, bien placé et personnel exceptionnellement gentil. + La décoration très originale. La propreté. Les toilettes à la japonaise et séparées de la salle de bain. Et surtout la gentillesse de tout le personnel sans exception avec mention spéciale pour Summer qui a été très attentionnée pour nous. − Le prix est un peu élevé pour un 4 étoiles à Saigon mais le personnel est tellement gentil que cela vaut le coup.

Fantastisk oplevelse + Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på dette hotel, hvor alt simpelthen var perfekt. Servicen var helt i top, og personalet var utrolig venligt og imødekommende. Morgenmaden var fantastisk med et stort udvalg og noget for enhver smag. Og fantastisk beliggenhed næsten alle seværdigheder er på gåben afstand. Vi vil uden tvivl anbefale dette hotel til andre og kommer meget gerne igen. Tusind tak for en dejlig oplevelse!

Excellent location, friendly staff and lovely food! + Location brilliant, clean rooms and spa bath! High tea in the afternoon was a great touch. Staff very friendly and rooftop pool was great in the heat! Breakfast was also really tasty, and happy hour provides excellent cocktails! − Noisy on a Friday / Saturday night due to being close to a very large intersection, so many horns beeping!

Excellent first class service provided + The reception staff were especially amazing and very quick to answer all my questions and help in any way they could. They went out of their way to communicate with me advising on my daughter’s arrival, when her bags arrived and allowed early check in as she was not at her best. Un super séjour + Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre et l’hôtel sont très jolis. Le restaurant est très bon. L’hôtel est très bien placé. − Les tarifs du restaurant restent très élevés pour le Vietnam (même si c’était très bon!)

100% Recomendado + Desde la atención al cliente, a la localización, pasando por limpieza y desayuno, todo fue impecable y lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que tenga pensado viajar a Saigón. Las cámadas muy cómodas y el desayuno fantástico. − Si tuviera que decir algo, mencionaría que el precio de los masajes están bastante más caros que los servicios del alrededor. No obstante, esto es algo inherente a los hoteles.

Beautiful hotel. Highly recommend + Location was great. The attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff is 10/10. So helpful and welcoming. Breakfast included was excellent and different dishes daily. − The room layout was a little strange with the shower/bath area and the sink to wash teeth and hands in the room.
