Great place to relax but not too far out from anything. + Staff and location are excellent. − Room fridge not cold, have to get buckets of ice regularly. This is the way they are all set.

+ L'esmorzar és molt bo, molt variat i amb un ampli horari. La piscina habilitada està força bé. El restaurant per sopar i veure la posta de sol és molt maco, tot i que els preus són elevats comparats amb els d'altres llocs. Si estàs 4 o més nits, et fan el transfer gratuït a l'aeroport, anada i tornada. L'habitació és àmplia, el llit doble molt gran i terrassa bonica. − El gimnàs té goteres que no arreglen i el terra està ple d'aigua, quedant gairebé inutilitzat. A l'època de pluges, la piscina del mar roman tancada. Des del resort no pots accedir a cap platja de sorra. Altres resorts del voltant tenen accés directe a la platja.

The resort is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to relax, unwind, and recharge. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and attentive, and their warm and thoughtful service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Lucy, Mrs Nhung, An, Hai, and Mrs Ngoc for taking such wonderful care of us during our stay. Your kindness, friendliness, and excellent service truly made our experience even more special. A big thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well and making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We really appreciate your warm hospitality. We will definitely be back again the next time we visit Phu Quoc. Highly recommended!
