Superb Signature Lounge Service + This is my 2nd stay in a signature room of Caravelle Saigon Hotel which is centrally located. The room is clean, spacious and bright. Most importantly the hotel crew is very polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Signature Lounge team led by Kim and her team members, Nhi, Oanh and Ngan are always warm and helpful to my needs when we are at the lounge. I truly appreciate Kim's service, she greets all the guests by their names and is always there to attend to your dining needs and other queries you may have. I will not hesitate to return to Caravelle Saigon for my future visits in Ho Chi Minh City.

amazing customer service + Love staying at the Caravelle saigon, Hieu Bell specifically is so helpful and kind he always goes out of his way to help me and bring food delivery to me, open doors, and provide very good customer service above standards. It makes me so happy to have someone who cares so much about my experience at the hotel. also the 5 stars for Customer service here as well the rest of the staff are friendly too.

An Enjoyable and Relaxing Stay in Ho Chi Minh City + Is a perfect hotel to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is fantastic located in the heart of the city . The food during breakfast is good. A walking distance to Ben Than Market, famous for souvenirs and imitations . Hoop on Hoop Off bus is in front of the hotel. Big shopping malls are walking distance including saigon Orchestra. Take Grab for the cost of 3 dollars to enjoy the floating saigon princess deluxe dining experience for only 60usd. One thing if you want to have Fun then you can play Casino located in the hotel premises.

First time staying @ The Caravelle + Second visit but first stay at the Caravelle. Our room was messed up at check in but rectified quickly. We booked an Opera view room. From the 24th floor all we could see was the roof. Room smallish, comfy beds, nice bathroom/toilet/shower. A/C doesn’t make it to the vanity area so drying your hair is a sweat fest. Breakfast buffet very good, so was the bar. Staff lovely and attentive. Had a set course lunch in the restaurant which was very good. Location is perfect. Wish we had another night there to explore more.
