+ Rooms smell like wet dirty socks, sometimes like urine. Valet drivers left the windows to my car open overnight, the area is like a slum, it does not feel like a safe place to leave your car windows open at all. Staff did nothing about my complaints.

+ Great experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room were very nice and great location in between the main attractions of the city.

+ We got upgraded to a suite which was about 700 square feet with city views which made us want to stay longer than the just one night stopover we did. Staff was very courteous and always ready to help. The property is in a bustling downtown location with lots of shopping and dining options. We tried Al Farah restaurant, traditional Syrian cuisine recommendedbyone of the hotel'sporters, that was a delight.

Not bad + Good hotel, service was good but starting to look dated. Breakfast can get very busy. One of the lights in our room did not turn off so the room card had to be removed at night. One day the cleaners did not clean our room.

A lovely Abu Dhabi City Stay + Great facilities, perfect location within the city with plenty of amenities within a walkable distance.

+ Good location in downtown, with lots of shops and dining options nearby. Johanna at the reception was fantastic and helped with check-in after a early morning flight.

+ This property is highly recommended, I liked the location, it’s actually walkable and near by lot of activities close the middle of Abu Dhabi. Staff are all very helpful and kind too :), would booked another time when I’m in the city ;)

+ Nice hotel & good location for getting around. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Pool towels (or maybe it’s the pads on the loungers) stink and there was a regular noise outside my room every morning at 0600. Other than those two items, it was a nice stay!
