Room with private pool + The stay was pleasant and quiet and I have some observations that may not be affected by the stay in this hotel. The decorations of the room on the 3rd floor need to change in terms of colors and furniture.

+ Truly the MOST AMAZING experience I’ve had in Dubai so far The customer service is SUPERB and beyond this world. Amr is so kind professional loving and highly intelligent. He showed me the true generosity of Dubai with my WONDERFUL upgrade to huge apartment with a private pool. I love Ranim who is sweet and kind I also love my experience at the breakfast buffet with Reeta and Boss Kaza The food is super delicious and the staff are simply among the best in Dubai

+ The location looks to be out of the main areas, however it's quiet and the Tram is so accessible from outside the hotel into the Marina area, Metro and even the Palm Monorail easily within walking distance. Second time I have stayed and would again for sure.

+ It’s a good hotel but there was a construction happing next to the hotel!!! Disturbing loud noise day and night. I think clients should get notified of the construction before checking in.

Fine for a very short stay + Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable but quite dated. Reception staff weren't very helpful. The building work next door was the main thing though - carried on all night - without ear plugs I definitely wouldn't have slept.

+ Great place to stay for all purposes. I was here by myself and with family. Marina is near by the walk to the restaurants, shops and beaches. Sweeming pool with great view. And if tou get high floor to the octuon you will enjoy the view.

+ All was fairly good, however there was construction in the neighboring room, so it was very loud because of it in the afternoon. Also, there was a road construction in the evenings, and closed windows didn't stop the noise.

+ The property is good. Great service and staff. The breakfast buffet was very nice and worth it. The hotel’s restaurant was closed for the evenings and there is a lack of restaurant choices around the property. The location is away from downtown and very poor public transport around the hotel area to the main city. We had to depend on taxis every time. Hotels pool is nice and they offer free shuttle service to a public beach
