Highly recommended + The stay is awesome at the Swissotel. Location wise it is directly connected to the mall. The gym is 24 hr with good equipment. During our stay, they have a.half price massage promotion and we loved it. Even though it is not close to downtown area but as long as you planned ahead with your ride we don’t find it inconvenient

Swissôtel Al Ghurair, Dubai + Our stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair was excellent. The customer service was good, staff were friendly, professional, and quick to assist. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room, but it was resolved immediately, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. The location is another big plus, it's directly connected to a shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Valet parking was also available, which made things easier. Overall, a great experience. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

+ Excellent hotel, the room was massive with a big picture window with views over the city. Everything was in top working order in the room and bathroom. The hotel is part of the shopping mall with other shopping options all around. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

5 stars – Always our home in Dubai + Swissôtel Al Ghurair has been our preferred place to stay in Dubai for years. It truly feels like home every time. The rooms are spacious, clean, and ideal for families — we always feel relaxed as soon as we check in. What makes it even better is the location. The hotel connects directly to Al Ghurair Mall, which is super convenient for shopping, dining, and quick errands. And Union Metro Station is just opposite the hotel, making it really easy to get around the city without needing a taxi every time. The staff are friendly and professional — always helpful, especially with kids. The breakfast spread is excellent, with plenty of variety for all ages, and the pool area is great for children. We’ve tried other hotels in Dubai before, but we keep coming back here. This has been home for us — always our first choice. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay in a central location.

+ I was surprise with to be near Deira area Dubai where it’s is so comfortable and lovely. The mall is just next door which is wonderful. Breakfast spread is good. Will stay again.

Lovely hotel but can improve on house keeping + I come almost every year for my birthday I was very disappointed this year as my room wasn’t cleaned properly and also it was never done while we were out. Today I met Rubel who normally works on 6th floor and he did a thorough clean and was very apologetic about our experience. I love this hotel but must say I was disappointed with the cleaning service. Otherwise everything else was good and staff are very polite. Thank you to Rubel for being so good.

Gym and Pool + The gym and pool is very clean and with a nice ambiance. The staff especially Kuya Dante is very accommodating and always happy and ready to guide us. He deserves the employee of the year award.
