+ Everyone at the property was kind and helpful. The room was clean with ample amenities. They replaced the bottled water everyday which was very nice! They need more American tv channels, however or at least a streaming option like Netflix or Apple. The morning breakfast, I didn't enjoy. Quite expensive and served the same thing everyday. Definitely not worth the price. The Silk Spa treatment was really nice! Emily did an amazing job on my Balinese massage!!! However, they need more therapists in order to accommodate more people. Also, don't forget to use the coupons they give you at check-in. I personally didn't find the restaurants food to be tasty at all. I tossed several meals and wasted a lot of money. I did enjoy the Steakhouse in the Palace Hotel next door. Great price, great service, great ambiance and good food!

+ The hotel is in good location. The breakfast is terrible. Somedays you have long lane just to go in. It is very noisy. The other hotel guests (V-hotel) come for breakfast to Hilton. The quality of food in not good and is not standard, mainly is for south specific papulation. We did not go for breakfast for couple days. I recommend to stay but better to eat outside. Do not pay for breakfast.

+ The room was nice clean BUT very noisy screaming in hallway which was scary think maybe some guets having a domestic. Also what really annoyed me was the men maybe concierges outside waiting for guests asked if my daughter and I wanted a taxi he said yes we get you one 100 dirhams to go to Dubai mall!! I knew it was only around 30-40 as we took a taxi day before. I gave him a some advice the day we left that SCAMMING females he should be ashamed. Am sorry to say i did not feel safe as at night you would see a lot of ladies of the night coming in / out some trust me didnt have much clothing on! Disgusting to see

+ To whom it may concern, Firstly, I would like to thank you for your service during our recent stay. We truly appreciated the cleanliness, safety, central location, and the beautiful views your hotel offers. The facilities and modern technologies throughout the hotel were also impressive. However, I would like to bring to your attention two important issues we encountered: 1. Bathroom Design Concern: The bathroom in our room has a sliding aluminum gate that does not fully seal the area. As a result, water from the shower easily flows out into the corridor. Unfortunately, this caused a serious safety issue—our baby slipped and fell on her back twice due to the wet floor. I strongly urge you to take corrective measures to prevent such incidents in the future. A proper seal or threshold could greatly improve the situation. 2. Deposit Policy Clarification: After paying the full amount for our stay, we were asked to deposit an additional $500 as a safety deposit. We were not clearly i…
