A serene, architecturally unique hotel in a historic estate with its own wine cellars. + A beautifully calm hotel set in a historic estate with its own wine cellars. The swimming pools and spa are outstanding, and the architecture throughout is genuinely unique while still feeling warm and welcoming. The Georgian restaurant is a masterpiece in its own right. − The waitstaff would benefit from more thorough training. Only a few seemed fully confident in their roles, and in most cases we had to actively seek out someone's attention simply to get a menu or order a coffee. At a five star hotel, I would expect a more attentive and anticipatory approach to service. That said, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout, which made the experience a pleasant one overall.

− It was a total collapse with a service in restaurants. Many young guys who weee trying their best, but couldn’t explain most of the dishes, needed reminds about missed parts of the orders, were not speaking English. They obviously needed more back up from more experienced staff, but they were absent.

+ Замечательное место. Очень уютно, тихо и много природы! Парк отличный для прогулок. Много инфраструктуры: музеи, сцены театральные, спорт, спа, рестораны, вино и отличный персонал. Обязательно вернемся к вам снова)

מדהים ומרגיע + מקום קסום באמצע כפר קטן אחוזה של הנסיך אלכסנדר הכל ירוק ומטופח, עם נוף עוצר נשימה. מלון מודרני וטכנולוגי − אין מה לעשות בסביבת המלון והיציאה ממנו כרוכה ברכב או במוניות יקרות. ישנם מלצרים ועובדי שרות שלא נתנו שרות לבבי, וממש לא היו נחמדים, אבל הרוב אכן היה מקסים.

+ Один из лучших отелей в Кахетии, красивый, в прекрасном месте, аутентичная атмосфера, красивый интерьер, хорошая СПА зона, хорошие теннисные корты и корты для паддла. Администрация проявляла заботу и даже подарили нам шампанское и фрукты, что было приятно. − Конкретно в нашем номере не работал кондиционер, не охлаждал( и температура в помещении не понижалась меньше 25 градусов тепла, спать в таких условиях невозможно…
