+ The owner is not responsive. The light in the bathroom is not working. The floor is very slippery. Many insects. The apartment is very creepy and there is an abandoned restaurant underneath the apartment. It is very noisy in midnight.

+ 大変ユニークな施設で、お子様はとても喜ぶと思います。 お部屋はとてもきれいです。 2LDKです。 アマプラあります。 他は見てないのでわかりませんが、ネトフリも可かも知れません。 夏は暑く(実体験)、冬は寒いと思います。 風景は、沖縄の美しい海が広がって見え、素晴らしいです。 施設の方へ ●上部のガラスもきれいにして下さい。とても目立ちます。 ●上部のガラスも遮光できるようにして下さい。 ●夏はもっと強力なクーラーが必要です。 ●冬は暖房、ホットカーペットまたは床暖房が絶対必要です。 ●もとレストラン現廃墟、への階段は、宿泊者に見られないように工夫して下さい。 ●サブスクは何が視聴可能なのか、施設情報に加えて下さい。 ●基本的にはきれいなお部屋でしたが、細かいアラが目立ちます。 ーサッシの下部の汚れ ーキッチン設備の塗装のハガレや開戸手持ちの壊れ ー洗面、キッチンのパイプつまり (流れが悪いです) ーウッドデッキの老化 ーウッドデッキの清掃不行届 ーウッドデッキへのサッシの開閉が硬すぎます 上記は早急に改善すべきと思います。 改善されたところで、ようやく普通の宿泊施設になります。 何卒よろしくお願い致します。

+ 獨立屋位置有點偏僻，自駕遊較好，但因為是這樣很寧靜舒適， 風景很優美。 屋內設施廚櫃有點殘舊， 屋主應該要翻新。如果房間可以改裝成為套廁(連著浴室) 會更好，現在有些不方便。往附近便利店 要鴐車5-8分鐘， 還可以。

+ Large space, views are great. Well equipped overall, quite comfortable. Location is quite good to explore the island. Works perfectly fine for a couple of days stay, especially for the price. − The photos are a bit misleading, they must be a couple of years old and the flat is not as well maintained as it looks. Some furniture are a bit broken (bench, kitchen equipment), the views from the bathroom are not as open as it looks on the pictures. Overall it's a bit below the average quality you get in Japan main land, but it looks like it's normal quality for Okinawa. not much to worry about though, we had still a perfectly fine stay.

Utsikten er fin, men anbefaler ikke dette stedet + Det var rent i huset − Vertene svarte ikke på henvendelser. Aircondition fungerte ikke på det ene værelset. Verandaen er helt råtten. Den kan du ikke gå ut på. Det luktet intens maling i huset. Forsøkte å lufte ut så godt vi kunne. Men hadde fremdeles vondt i hodet av avgassing.
