    Beautiful place to stay + Lovely hotel and staff were wonderful. Very nice to visit a tea factory and got shown how tea is made. − Nothing

    Great location, great staff, but needs work + This was a one of a kind hotel in one of the most beautiful locations, with excellent views. It's like stepping into history. The food was excellent and staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I've seen. Definitely do the tea plucking experience and go for a guided nature walk with Mutu. He has been working there for decades, knows the entire village, the hiking routes and every single piece of vegetation there is. Absolute must. − The only problem was that the rooms have very very bad sound proofing, so if you're a light sleeper then it's not for you. You can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Service was also exceptionally slow, especially at the restaurant, and even when it was empty. Once j got dinner served an hour late, at 10pm, and another time I just walked out after waiting.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Satheesh and his team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent support throughout our stay. They were always friendly, professional, and willing to help, making our experience truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
