Bad experience with the room + Very smooth check in. Staffs were very helpful and friendly helping out with my luggages. But I am very disappointed with my room. The room was little dusty, I still can find leftover drinks from previous visitors in the fridge, the area to store the kettle is very dirty. the floor has cracking sound, the windows were not probably clean in the washroom. Also the bath area, the water leaks . The paint from the ceiling is peeling off. For a five stars hotel I don't expect the hotel providing customers with such an old hair dryer and the hotel room is in such a bad condition. Also during the evening time I can smell cooking smell in the room maybe is from the restaurants as my room is facing the back alley. As my flight cancelled I supposed to stay for 2nights at Mira and became just one night so I don't even bother to call and complain to the front desk.

Perfect location, spotless hotel — thank you Eric Chan, Front Office Manager + We stayed at The Mira Hong Kong for a weekend in August and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location in Tsim Sha Tsui is hard to beat — right on Nathan Road, a couple of minutes from the MTR, and easy access to anywhere in Hong Kong. The hotel is impeccably clean, the room spacious and comfortable, and the welcome from the whole team warm and genuine. A special thank you to Mr. Eric Chan, Front Office Manager. We booked at the very last minute to celebrate my birthday, and he handled everything personally — a lovely room, ready early so we could check in as soon as we arrived. That level of care is what turns a good hotel into one you come back to. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Eric Chan and your Front Office team, and thank you to everyone at The Mira. Matt
