Disappointing + Location here is great and considering that it is very affordable − I stayed here in 2025 so rebooked in 2026 based on that. In 2025 I had an excellent stay, and the receptionist Diana was so helpful. This time the staff had me outside 40 mins waiting to answer the door (in 31c) and didn’t apologise/barely spoke to me at check in. I then didn’t see the staff for the remainder of my stay to discuss this. My bathroom was also dirty with someone else’s hair on the shower floor and the aircon felt quite useless given the above temperature. There’s no proper window in the private rooms so it can feel quite uncomfortable and the size isn’t at all what we expected (no room between bed and chair.) we were meant to stay another 2 nights after Macau but we’ve cancelled because of the above. Compared with last year I felt very let down by this accom.

+ muy basico, no son flexibles con los cambios, no hay personal nunca en recepcion, realmene no lo recomendaria − la falta de servicio, el edificio no es agradable

No electricity, poor support from the staff, multiple issues. Wouldn't stay again. + The hostel was well located in a central location. − The staff was largely unavailable. We had multiple issues due to the hostel during our stay, and the front desk staff was pretty much unavailable the whole time. We also had issues with the electricity (our room didn't have any at check-in) and nothing was done about it for hours until we mentioned contacting Booking about it (at which point one of the managers picked up the case). One of the beds was broken and one of the people in our group ended up sleeping very poorly during the entire stay. We also found cockroaches in the shower. Given the high price, would not recommend.
