次回は部屋からの眺望を吟味して再度泊まりたい。 + 朝食も、スタッフ対応もよかった。日本人橋に非常に近く、マッターホルンの朝焼けを徒歩1、2分で見に行けます。ホテルはおしゃれで申し分ない。 湯沸かし、コーヒーメーカー（カプセルつき）、キャンドルランタンなどもあり楽しめた。部屋も2泊するには十分広く、ツインベッドの他、狭めのシングルベッドルームもあった。 バスタブがあったのでくつろげた。 − 部屋からマッターホルンを見える部屋を予約したつもりが違っていた。ミスということではないが、どちら向きで何が見えるかもう少しはっきり書いてほしい。

Fantastic facility and staff + Very friendly and helpful staff; great location within walking distance to viewpoints, restaurants, and shopping; and clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is great. Other notable items include sunar, a beautiful yard, and free and timely transportation between the train station and the hotel. − Nothing to really complain about.

Hervorragend und überaus empfehlenswert! + Das Frühstück war wohl das Beste auf der gesamten Reise durch die Schweiz. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und die extra einberufene Physiotherapeutin war kompetent und überaus freundlich. Ein wunderbarer Ort um eine faszinierende Gegend (einschließlich dem schönsten Berg der Welt) genießen zu dürfen. − Die eingeschränkte Sicht von unserem Zimmer auf das Matterhorn.

立地はいいけどスタッフが色々😱 + 清潔。 − ピックアップのメールは時間がかかりました。フロントの女性はついた時から部屋に行くまで電話の受話器を置かないで他と話中で、QRコードを指差し、入力するようにいうので、自分で個人情報を入力して，電話の途中で朝ごはんの時間を説明し、電話しながら部屋のカードを渡しました。最終日メールでチェックアウトについての質問でしたが、名前が間違っていて、What's up に連絡きましたが誰にメールしたのですか❓と連絡すると，ホテルへの名前や情報はきちんとなってるのでご安心くださいとのことでした。まず名前を間違ったことを誤って欲しかったです。

Angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt mit Verbesserungspotential. + Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit passender Auswahl. Aufmerksames und freundliches Servicepersonal. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um Zermatt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Der Abholservice hat wunderbar geklappt. − Die Person an der Reception war doch eher kühl und reserviert, wenn es um eine Anfrage... ging. Es wäre für unsere Zimmerwahl wichtig gewesen, dass wir die Höhe des Bades im Dachstock gewusst hätten. Da es für grosse Personen nur schwer möglich war, die Dusche zu benutzen. Evt. wäre eine Hinweis auf der Zimmerseite von Vorteil.

Angenehmes Hotel mit gutem Service. + Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es war fußläufig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und zentral gelegen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig. Zudem gab es außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten im Eingangsbereich die Möglichkeit, sich mit Getränken und Obst zu versorgen, was wir als sehr positiv empfanden. Der kostenlose Shuttle-Service am Abreisetag war, nicht nur wegen des starken Regens, einfach nur toll. − Jeder mag anders schlafen und für jeden das richtige Bett zu finden ist schwierig. Doch diese Betten waren wirklich sehr hart.

Great stay in one of the most beautiful places in the world. + Excellent location with comfortable and well equipped rooms. Staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome. Little things like the welcome bar of chocolate, complimentary soft drinks in the minibar and transfers to and from the station make all the difference. − Nothing I don’t like

Great location, great vibe. Feels + Amazing place to stay in Zermatt. Beautiful boutique hotel with really nice decore which really sets the scene for your time in Zermatt. The mattahorn peak was visible from our balcony which was a nice little surprise. The location is perfect for accessing everything. Highly recommend this place for your Swiss Alps visit.
