Amazing! + This hotel is beautifully situated. Really lovely location with incredible views from all over the hotel. Seeing the Matterhorn from my hotel balcony was such a treat. And the staff was incredible. The spa was also beautiful. − The room and bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

夕食は自分でどうにかできるので朝食のみのこの宿が良い。 + 宿の人も親切で朝食もおいしかった。 シングルのマッターホルンビューで景色も最高！ スパやプールの設備も良かった。海パンを持っていくとよい。 − 別にない。

I will definitely stay here again when coming back to Zermatt! + Great central location and amazing views. Hospitality was incredible. Spa was a wonderful relaxing break from a day exploring. Also conveniently located close to a laundromat.

Perfectly amazing in every way! + Perfect location, the spa is incredible- especially the outdoor pool and the snow room. Staff were all so sweet and attentive, especially Marco who was all smiles and helpfulness from the minute he picked us up. − The ONLY negative would be no a/c and no irons available. The evenings were cool though and they gave us a fan and an ironing service is available.

+ Больше всего понравился СПА ,особенно теплый бассейн с видом на Маттерхорн. Был вкусный и разнобразный завтрак. Весь Персонал на ресепшене и на завтраке вежливый и знает свою работу ,особенно Maria Angela!

+ I was unable to leave a positive review because I actually didn't stay at the hotel. Despite confirming multiple times that I had booked a Deluxe Matterhorn Panoramic room, when I checked into room 204, the Matterhorn was completely invisible. Even stepping out onto the balcony, there was not a single trace of the mountain view, which is entirely different from the pictures shown. The front desk stated there were no vacant rooms available, so they couldn't switch me. I was ultimately given a refund and had to scramble to frantically search for another hotel in Zermatt with available rooms. I hope the hotel will be truthful and reclassify this room to a tier that matches its actual description.
