Noisy neighbors and screaming kids in the halls and restaurants will cause me not to return. + That it was on the beach and it wasn’t too crowded. Garden area is well maintained except the main fountain has algae in it. They have rabbits and there is algae in the water bowl that no one cleans. − Hallways are running grounds for kids and the halls are open and echo so you can hear kids running on every floor. There’s no security to stop them from yelling so you have to call the front desk which if you’re on the other side of the property is far away. They should offer more frequent shuttle service as well and tell you about when you check in. I found out only by reading the book in the room.

Mui Ne Bay Resort is a beautiful and relaxing getaway. + What stood out most to me was the lovely flower decorations throughout the resort. The thoughtful floral arrangements made the atmosphere feel even more welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Super horrifying housekeeping quality + The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The pools are nice. The private beach is good. Breakfast is good. − House keeping’s quality is horrifying and a complete nightmare. We got the impression that housekeeping staff got no training at all. One pyjama in our room was hung in a badly mouldy hanger. I complained this to the front office staff, the next day they left the mouldy hanger there, and dumped the pyjamas onto my luggage. All toiletries in the bathroom were not orderly arranged, and they were just dumped onto the sink. The bed sheet in one of the rooms in our group was smelly as if they were used many times by previous guests, without changing for new check-in guests. The corridors to the rooms were VERY VERY dirty, with dead insects, as if they were abandoned for a long time. This is THE MOST DIRTY AND THE POOREST HOUSEKEEPING quality hotel we have ever stayed. Cant claim to be 4 stars.

Mọi thứ đều ổn tôi chỉ thấy nhân viên hổ trợ khách chưa được tốt dù việc đó rất đơn giản. + Khuôn viên đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi. − Tôi đặt 2 phòng. 1 phòng 2 giường đơn và 1 phòng giường đôi nhưng khi nhận phòng thì cả 2 đều là 2 giường đơn. Khi báo lại với lễ tân thì lại bắt nếu muốn giường đôi thì phải ở khu khác xa 2 đứa con tôi còn không thì phải thêm tiền để nâng cấp phòng. Trong khi tôi đề nghị ghép giường thì lại nói là không được thật ra việc đó rất đơn giản và tôi đã tự làm. Đây là trải nghiệm không vui vì đây đã là lần thứ hai tôi ở đây.

I enjoyed staying here but it wasnt like my expection + I love their swimming poollll so much !!! − Their facilities are going down hill . The room is so old. The water at the bathroom is leaking and you should bring your own shower gel and shampoo

Fajny resort na spokojny odpoczynek. + Personel spisywał się doskonale, bardzo kompetentnie i z zaangażowaniem. Po naszej reklamacji odnośnie jakości przyznanego apartamentu szybko i sprawnie zaaranżowali zmianę. Poza tym obiekt ma bardzo fajny basen/y, leży przy plaży, wiosce rybackiej. Zarówno w pokojach jak i na terenie jest czysto. Widać dużą liczbę pracowników dbających o porządek, rośliny, itp. − Stołówka mogłaby być już trochę odnowiona. Obiekt leży w bardzo spokojnej i cichej okolicy ale za to wszędzie jest daleko więc jak ktoś szuka spokoju i poleżenia przy basenie to będzie ok, ale jak ktoś chce robić coś więcej to trzeba używać Graba lub transferu hotelowego.
