Another Pleasant Stay at Pandanus + The well kept resort. In general the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Thanh on Reception. And the buffet breakfasts were superb, although a few dishes were only luke warm. But a lot were hot thankfully. − Problems at check in which took about 1.5 hours out of my 2 day stay. Portions of food quite small in a la carte restaurant.

+ The suites were very spacious and felt like full-size apartments, not a hotel. Housekeeping service was excellent. Huge, clean pools with lots of space. Breakfast buffet is exceptional. Spa massages were the best we had in Vietnam. Live music at the bar made our short stay very special! − Made-to-order dining service was very slow. Rooms were sparse in terms of decor. The tiling on the pool deck was very slippery and could use a cleaning. The beach is nice for lounging and walking along the shore, but since the fishing boats are so closeby, we stayed out of the water and opted for the pool instead.

+ Superb buffet breakfasts with fantastic choice. I would like every dish to be hot though - some were luke warm or cold. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The beach bar had a very good range of international food and the pizza there was very tasty, more so than in the main restaurant. Clean, immaculate smart resort. Very pleasant swimming pools and clean new looking loungers. − This time I stayed in a block that was far from the restaurant and reception, although reception were pretty good about organising transport buggies. But it was also rather noisy - I heard everyword of a football mtach on the Friday night, followed by loud music and karaoke on the Saturday night. Not sure if that came from the Pandanus or a nearby resort.

U.der our expectations this time + The park. − Was our third syay here. Very loud corporate activities early in the morning(7:00 / 8:00) till the night for 4 days in the beach area near our bugalow. Not what we expected. Very noisy occupant in the bugalow next to our. Had to call several times reception for this to be fixed, but the occupant was very disturbing all our stay long. Only cold water in the bungalow for several days. Was not fixed. Disgusting smells in the water room. Versatile service in the restaurant. The quality of tve food was under our previous stays. As always, german clients leaving their towels all dau long and desapearing.

Oasi dove rilassarsi + Posizione ottimale fronte-spiaggia. Struttura curata nei dettagli, diversi punti ristoro di qualità. Colazione super variegata. Ci hanno permesso di usare la piscina anche dopo il check-out! − Al nostro arrivo purtroppo gli asciugamani di benvenuto avevano un cattivo odore.
