Good + Very clean & cozy house, great location! Close to the city center & the woods. Highly recommended for families (without children below the age of 5) Staff were very respectful and always there to help! − 1) The isolation between the rooms is very poor, you can hear everything happening near, below and above you. 2) Bed was too noisy, any movement leads to a noise that would wake your baby. Not recommended for babies below the age of 1 year, nor for couples as you don't have privacy. 3) There is only one shower on the first floor for 4 rooms. 4) The kitchen was one floor below the ground floor, which wasn't very comfortable, and the stairs were kind of dangerous for children. 5) One of the balcony doors couldn't be closed, so we kept hearing the door getting banged from the wind throughout the night.

Great family house + The house is really clean ,great views and warm inside Enough parking for 4 cars and lots of room in the house. − In case you are travelling with children’s is no point having the safety gates on the stairs if are not locking.Also the water on the showers was not hot enough

Great for family time + House is large, with plenty of space for three families. The weather was very cold during our stay but the house was very warm and pleasant. Price was also very good considering location and size of the house. − I didn't like the pillows (either very hard or very soft). But that's just personal preference, the others in my group had no issues.

Thank you for our great vocation in your house + הבית ענק במיקום מעולה (עם שעה נסיעה לכיוון כל האטרקציות לא כולל פקקים). החלוקה לחדרים הייתה אופטימלית עבורינו (3 משפחות, 7 ילדים חלקו 3 חדרי שינה בנפרד מההורים), 3 חדרי רחצה, 4 שירותים. המטבח מאובזר היטב, יש מדיח, מיקרוגל, טוסטר. עשינו על האש בפינת מנגל , השתמשנו במכונת כביסה − הבית ב-4 מפלסים עם מדרגות ללא מעקה (בייחוד ירידה למרתף/ עליית גג). המטבח מאובזר היטב, רק מתפצל ל-2 מטבחים (המקרר הראשי והכיריים במרתף (-1), מטבח הראשי (מדיח, מיקרוגל, טוסטר) ושולחן האוכל בקומת קרקע אין קומקום חשמלי, את קומקום החם מהגז צריך לעלות למעלה.

Curat si spatios + Am avut o sedere foarte placuta. Vila este bine ingrijita si foarte spatioasa. Grupul nostru a fost de 9 persoane, insa ne-a fost foarte usor sa ne organizam in interiorul locuintei, intrucat am avut la dispozitie patru bai si doua spatii separate de gatit. Interiorul este foarte curat si ofera multe facilitati gratuite (uscator, pat suplimentar, jocuri). Este o locatie perfecta pentru o vacanta cu prietenii, sau impreuna cu mai multe familii. − Geamurile de la bucatarie nu se pot deschide, ceea ce ingreuneaza aerisirea spatiului. De asemenea, locatia vilei este putin inconvenabila daca nu te deplasezi exclusiv cu masina. Ca sa ajungi pe jos pana la statia de tren din Busteni trebuie sa mergi pe jos cam 40 de minute, un drum destul de greu de parcurs cand ai si bagaje.

Accogliente e non mancate niente + Le camere avevano un bel terrazzo, una bella e spaziosa cucina, il salone ampio con una grande tavola. Non ci è mancato niente. La struttura ha una bellissima vista sulla croce su Caraiman! − Purtroppo alcune camere erano inutilizzabile per la colpa di una sistemazione in giornata che porttava un forte odore di vernice....
