+ Czyste i duże przestronne mieszkanie. − Bardzo wysoko trzeba wchodzić bo trzecie piętro. Niestety mieszkanie zlokalizowane przy bardzo ruchliwej drodze z jednej strony a z drugiej tory kolejowe więc ciszy nie zaznaliśmy.
