An all round excellent stay. We will definitely be returning. + Lovely house - exceptional really. A lot of thought has been put into the decoration of the house which made it feel very welcoming and homely. Loved the biscuits in the bedroom and the pot of Werthers Originals. Location was excellent. Car-parking was on the street outside the house. We walked around Woburn Park to see the deer. Lots of restaurants / pubs in the area (we ate at Lussmanns). The breakfast was perfect for me. Granola, fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, toast and coffee. I don't need anything else! In fact Adam provided so much fruit he kindly gave me some to take home - and a packet of seeds to plant to remind us of our stay. How thoughtful. Lovely to meet Stanley - the new puppy. The garden is also lovely. A nice, calming oasis. Adam recommended the local Indian restaurant so we will be returning! The charming Havisham House + My son and I had a wonderful stay at Havisham House. The host was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We were off to Woburn Safari in the morning so wanted a relax start. Our room at the back of the house was beautiful, with lovely doors opening directly onto the peaceful garden. The gardens themselves were a real highlight, with seating at the front to enjoy the surroundings and a quieter area at the back that's perfect if you want to relax with a book. The stroll through the village was equally charming – so quaint, peaceful and full of character. If you're looking for a quiet escape to unwind and recharge, I couldn't recommend Havisham House more highly. The Thai for dinner was wonderful and authentic, the staff were lovely. Book in advance even on a Tuesday we managed to get the last table. We had a fantastic stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you for such a lovely stay Adam. − Nothing.

Delightful place to stay + Adam was a charming and very helpful host. Our bedroom was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished with individual touches, a welcome change from the cookie-cutter rooms in hotel chains. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of fresh fruit. We expect to have another weekend in the area next year to visit Bletchley Park and Havisham House will be our first choice of guest house. − Nothing

Fantastisch! + Het gaat om een bed and breakfast met meerdere halers. Het hele huis en elk van de kamers zijn tot in de puntjes verzorgd! De gastheer heeft de woning met veel zorg en aandacht voor details ingericht! De gastheer is zeer vriendelijk! Het ontbijt was zeer smakelijk! De locatie is ideaal om Woburn en omgeving te verkennen, Voor ons in het bijzonder was het de perfecte plek om van hieruit Bletchley park te bezoeken! − niets!

Perfect guest house! + What a wonderful place! Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean - it's the perfect balance of smart and comfy. We wish he had longer to explore the village itself. Adam is such a warm host, with lots of recommendations for the area and a fantastic breakfast. (Stanley, the gorgeous wee puppy was another highlight!)
