Bad experience, will never stay again. + Nothing − Everything, no microwave, broken door knob, unable to lock, very poor facilities low standard, staff are unhelpful and rude.

+ We had a fantastic stay. Everything is good. As we mentioned, we are foreigners. We don't have an account to transfer the security deposit they collected at the time of check-in.At the time of check out, they promptly returned the deposit after checking the room .Even though the room is untidy, the supervisor said no worry they have already charged for cleaning, and they will look after it.Thanks for the commendable hospitality

+ Swimming pool at level 25, spacious unit and clothes washing facility − Wifi password not correct, took time to rectify. Fridge was not functioning though lights on, no kitchen towel to wipe table. Was ask to use washing sponge instead, very not hygienic

disappointed + collection of key is ok. − Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding a reservation made through your platform. Upon our arrival on 18th July at approximately 6:30 PM at Da Men Residence, the room was in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition that fell drastically short of what was advertised and what any guest could reasonably expect. The specific issues we encountered upon entering the room were as follows: the water dispenser was not functioning; there were rat droppings on the floor next to the fridge; the freezer was filthy and coated in grime; the shower had clearly been used and was not cleaned; the sink was extremely dirty, with what appeared to be mildew or mold forming; and the bed had loose hair scattered across it, strongly indicating that the linens had not been changed prior to our arrival.
