Need to clean the bathroom + Closer to our Arena MBSJ for event venue. Walking distance to USJ Taipan Shop area. − Room was dirty especially the bathroom. You can see dirty stain all over the bathro floor and wall.

Worst + The area is surrounded with food and a convenient store. − My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The overall condition of the property is clearly poorly maintained and in need of serious repairs. The staircase is damaged and appears unsafe. The room was also in very poor condition. The mattress was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on, while the bed frame/bed base was already broken. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. The bedsheet and blanket had large yellow stains, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. After sleeping for some time, my whole body became itchy, making me even more concerned about the condition and cleanliness of the bedding and mattress. The wardrobe door was damaged and could not be used properly. Even worse, the door lock was broken, which raised concerns about safety and security. The bathroom cleanliness was also unacceptable.
