Lovely room, perfect location for what I needed + Room was amazing. It was very clean and finished to a high standard. The bath in the room was lovely and the shower was great. It had a fan to cool the room and tea and coffee making facilities − Someone explaining how the tv, coffee machine worked, as well as how to get hot water from the bath - this took a while to figure out! Checking in was a bit of a faff as no keys and use of codes - but you needed to wait for them to set this up and then try them out. You had to wait for emails - just made the check in process a bit annoying. Couldn't get TV channels to work No staff available after 10 o'clock and no breakfast offered / available - for the price of the room not offering breakfast is not great -wasn't made aware of this when booking or when checking in. I had to ask about it to then be told they don't do breakfast.

Another perfect stay + This was our second stay at the Baloci and it was just as good as we remembered. Our room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Can’t recommend it highly enough and we will be back.

Gorgeous room + This is a beautiful property , opulently decorated with fabulous facilities including free parking . The bath in the room with bath salts and bubbles, the walk in rain shower , luxury toiletries, comfy bed, coffee machine, tv etc etc . Everything you could need . Good location just outside city centre and a lovely pub across the road with great food − The room was very warm ( sun on it all day but the staff had set up fans to help cool it down

Would not recommend + Nothing − Not able to contact the hotel at all. It is not possible to access the hotel out of hours, even the car park is locked

You need to stay here! You won't regret it. + Beautiful and unique hotel. Whoever did the decorating has a talent. This isn't an ordinary hotel. This is full of elegance and character. When you walk in it smells amazing, so warm and cosy. Staff serve with a smile and helped with our cases upstairs. Then the bedroom was stunning. Bed so comfortable, smart TV with apps, luxurious bath and shower. My favourite bit was having the bath tray and wine glasses available. Bubble bath with wine was bliss. I cannot wait to stay again. Also the mood light dimmer in the room. Hotel reminded me of The Continental in John Wick. − Nothing. Not a single fault.
