+ It was ok for the money − Its not very clean and the neighbours (host) screamed and were fighting all knight. We heard everything we couldn’t sleep

+ L'emplacement au centre-ville de Sofia − Du moins grave au plus grave : Propreté un juste, toiles d'araignées, Chasse d'eau qui fuit. Chauffage qui vibre fortement au bout de quelques minutes et qu'on est obligé d'arrêter. Après 20 minutes dans le logement, appel du propriétaire pour nous demander de faire moins de bruit, a une plainte du voisin, qui serait le fils du propriétaire. Pendant les 2 jours, nous avons eu des messages pour nous répéter avec insistance de faire moins de bruit et de parler moins fort. Nous sommes pourtant avec ma femme, des gens réservés et bien élevés, nous l'avons vécu comme un véritable harcèlement. Le dernier matin, nous sommes partis à 8h30 sans avoir parlé entre nous, mais là encore nous avons été accusés de faire du bruit, le seul bruit fait, c'était notre pique-nique que nous avons mis dans un sac papier et serré pour mettre dans le sac à dos. L'appartement est très mal isolé, mais si c'est à ce point, il n'est pas louable. Il faut dire que l'app…

Kein guter Start in den Urlaub + Die Lokalisierung ist hervorragend. − Die Wohnung lag zwar in einer tollen Lage mitten in der Stadt, in einem ruhigen, schönen Herrenhaus, aber sie war in einem schlechten Zustand, schmutzig und ungepflegt. Wir mussten sie daher aufgeben und uns eine andere suchen. Natürlich haben wir nicht von uns aus eine Rückerstattung beantragt.

Unsafe, not private + When the police came and helped me to escape safely in the middle of my stay (THIS IS NOT A JOKE). − The walls are very thin- the sound of opening my suitcase led to aggressive banging from behind the sealed-off door/wall on the left in Room 4. A few minutes later one of the hosts aggressively banged on my door and was trying to intimidate me regarding noise but I clearly told him the noise was from a different place- he walked off in a mood as he realised I wouldn't be bullied with lies. I was alone and very quiet. The next day after more banging, loud music, shouting, people making strange noises, bad smells coming from the neighbour, I was again (unbelievably) told I was making noise. I messaged to threaten to call the police if the neighbours continued to provoke me- the other host then came to my room and tried to open MY door to force himself in my flat (but it was locked) as he shouted extreme abuse and told me to get out of his flat. Klein aber fein,sehr weiterzuempfehlen und top Lage mit bestem Preisleistungsverhältnis. + Alles top, ruhige Lage in einem schönen Innenhof und doch sehr Zentrale Lage und direkt im Zentrum. Sehr netter Vermieter und schneller Kontakt. Mit dem Auto konnten wir auch direkt an der Unterkunft parken. Für den Preis absolute Empfehlung.

Изключително приятно, уютно и чисто. Локацията е супер удобна, а престоят беше наистина прекрасен. С удоволствие бих се върнал отново! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ − Страхотно място за настаняване! Намира се точно в центъра, което го прави изключително удобно за разходки и посещение на всички интересни места. Много приятно, уютно и чисто място. Останахме изключително доволни от престоя си и с удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!
