smelly room + We really enjoyed the location and the amenities − the toilet smelled of mold that was spreading through the appartment, abd i had the impression that the bead sheets were not freashly changed.

It was fairly priced considering the location and the duration of our stay. + The location is 10/10, the bed was comfortable enough, it was quiet. − It wasn’t as clean as I would like, the smell and the bathroom facilities.

− Room smelled like cigarettes... idk if it was from other buildings but it was really unpleasant. It was basically cellar. No blanket for sofa. Outside was really rough.

Excellent stay, clean, comfortable, and highly recommended. + I really enjoyed my stay. The studio was clean, comfortable, and had everything i needed. The location was excellent , and the check-in process was easy. It was great value for money, and we would happily stay here again. − Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations.

Dropped our expectations. + The owner was very cooperative and very keen to make sure the guests are happy. Thanks to him. The location was really good. Just walk to the downtown. − First of all, please update the photos on the page to more realistic ones. Then whoever chooses the place is based on what they really chose ! But we now it is completely different. I understand the host really wants the guest to have a good time. But I don’t understand why some basic cleanings and changes aren’t being done. I suggest them to get somebody to clean every nook and cranny of the room in just few hours by. Paint the walls. Maybe if there was not so much dirt on the fridge, walls and doors; people can maybe ignore the bad smell and humidity and get a higher rate much easier .

Perfect location + Room very comfy and equipped with all the cooking things you would need, cleaning products and a fridge freezer which was amazing! Amazing location not far from vasil levski metro so very easy to and from the airport. Shops nearby and literally next to a huge park! I recommend and will be staying again!
