Super accommodating staff that welcomed me at a very late hour and last-minute booking. + The location was close to the main bus station and it was perfect for a short sleepover, I arrived very late and the host was accommodating with my super late arrival and early departure. − The bathroom was very small and the bunk bed was very squeaky, I believe I woke up my bottom bed roommate when entering and exiting the bed. Very simple room that could have had more space if the locked closet/wardrobe would be available for my belongings.

Pas bienveillant. Punaises de lit. + En partir. Le lieu pourrait être bien si il était tenu par des personnes compétentes. − Une horreur. Le voyageur ne peut pas se reposer. Le salon est occupé par l'employé qui fume et bois. On vous hurle dessus, par plaisir, vous êtes moqué et humiliée. J'ai été filmée a mon insue ce qui représente une faute grave. La propriétaire que vous ne verrez pas. Est inadaptée a cette activité. Elle a voulu me mettre a la porte a 22h 30 car j'avais fait une erreur de date de réservation, mais payé. Bien sûr elle voulait encore de l'argent en liquide. Elle me criait dessus au téléphone m'ordonnant de lui dire merci.... On ne comprend pas son anglais. Je suis repartie avec des boutons partout du au punaises de lit. Je ne comprends pas que cet hébergement soit sur Booking. Pour 14 euros voir moins je trouve des hébergements propres et bienveillants partout dans les capitales.

DE EVITAT aceasta proprietate! − Mi s-au luat banii degeaba nemaifiind primit la locatie in urma unei discutii telefonice mai aprinse cu o doamna referitor la conditiile improprii gasite la fata locului!(se pare proprietara)La locatie era un domn zapacit,care nu stia ce cautam noi pe acolo care dupa 15 minute (timp in care cautam parcare) nu mi-a mai deschis usa !!Solicit site-ului booking returnarea banilor!Asa zisul hostel se afla dosit langa niste cladiri vechi,vai de mama lui!Parca ma aflam intr-o favela braziliana!

Хостел который можно порекомендовать в отличии от многих других Отелей с 1-2 звездами + Очень удобное расположение в центре. Возможность заезда с 8 утра до 23 часов , что редкость для многих отелей или хостелов. Возможность приготовить ужин и завтрак , чистая кухня и посуда ,рабочий чистый холодильник . Чистая и хорошо убранная комната, нормальные матрасы на кроватях и не застиранные постели и полотенца. Вообще с учётом того что это Хостел , а не Отель все оч неплохо для того что бы переночевать несколько дней с удобствами , поэтому если следующий раз будем в Софии однозначно рассмотрим снова этот вариант. − Не рабочий вайфай, но думаю это временно . И отсутствие быстрой связи с менеджером отеля по телефону или почте после оформления заказа , ТК были некоторые трудности в поиске места расположения, хотя когда нашли отель , на месте все решили с администратором очень быстро .
