Enttäuschend + Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat eine super Lage. Bus und Metro Stationen waren schnell zu erreichen und es gab gute Einkauf Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Nachbarin, welche auf demselben Stock wohnt war sehr freundlich. Sie konnte zwar kein Englisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen konnten wir uns ein wenig mit ihr Austauschen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass sie sich freuen würde öfters mit den Gästen in Kontakt zu kommen. − Die Unterkunft entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen. In den Badezimmern gab es mehrere Mängel. In der Dusche war Schimmel, die Badtüren waren durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen und in einem Badezimmer herrschte ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch, der vermutlich aus den Leitungen kam. Außerdem befanden sich Löcher in einigen Wänden. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht und kaum nutzbar. In der Küche hatten wir mit Ameisen zu kämpfen. Zudem war viel zu wenig Geschirr und Kochutensilien für die Personenanzahl vorhanden. Leider waren bei unserer Ankunft nur Handtücher und…

Не и не. + Благодарим за коректната и бърза кореспонденция, но това не е единственото, което е важно. − Изключително мръсно, с влизането усетихме силна миризма на цигари, което не е добро първо впечатление определено. Дивана не се разтяга, вратата на едната баня не се затваря, цялостно беше доста мръсно. Да цената е ок, но има много проблеми в апартамента. Входната врата долу се отваря изключително трудно, което също създава неудобство.

A mejorar + Es un apartamento amplio y bien situado, lo que permite ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés del centro de Sofia. − Al apartamento le falta mantenimiento, limpieza y menaje en la cocina. Afortunadamente después de mucho insistir, nos llevaron tazas, platos, vasos, una sartén y un bol para ensaladas. Las puertas de los dos baños están dañadas y es muy difícil abrir la puerta de entrada al edificio.

Departamento grande...al pepe... + El departamento era grande y estaba bien ubicado − Bueno... cuando llegas te dicen que la puerta cuesta abrirla..el.ultimo dia tuvieron que ayudarnos personas del negozio de al lado porque llevamos media hora y no.podiamos abrir. Apenas llegamos la heladera perdia agua y no enfria a contacte al anfitrion que me contesto al Otro dia ...yo iba a estar solo Tres Dias no queria perder El tiempo ..mandar foto de la heladera que no iban a solucionar...ASI que Tres Dias sin heladera...El banio tenia olor a cloaca El principal tambien Avise y ni prlota...se Ve que fue un lindo departamento puesto con todo lo mejor però nunca lo ma tuvieron...una lastima... medio abbandonado... Deberian penalizar al departamento y devolver plata ya que Los lacteos Los tuve que tirar...
