+ Appartamento nuovo e curato, provvisto di tutto l'occorrente. − Abbiamo trovato qualche scarafaggio in casa durante il soggiorno, comprensibile dato che nonostante l'appartamento ristrutturato la struttura è vecchia, e dietro c'è un giardino quindi la probabilità di trovare qualche insetto era alta. Il bagno è piccolissimo ma capendo gli spazi è stato tutto sommato organizzato nel migliore dei modi, la doccia è molto comoda e spaziosa.

+ Местоположението, връзката със собственика, паркомясто в сърцето на столицата, току-що реновиран апартамент. Тихо и спокойно. − Дворчето към апартамента има нужда от поддръжка, защото иначе е неизползваемо.

Bence gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir. + Tesisin içi çok temiz vegüzel, tesis sahibi stefan çok ilgili ve yardım sever. Her probleminizi çözebilir. Merkezi yerlere çok yakın. Biraz mesafede olsa kendine özel otoparkı var. Otopark derdiniz olmaz − Dış görünüşü baya kötü, çok eski yapı. Dışının yenşlenmesi lazım. Akşam perili ev gibi duruyor :)

+ Świetna lokalizacja, było cicho i komfort. Wygodne łóżko, poduszki i kołdra. Dużo miejsca. Jako bonus dostaliśmy kapsułki do smacznej kawy) Właściciel zadbał o miejsce parkingowe na sąsiedniej ulice. − Trochę za twardy materac, ale to raczej pytanie gusta. Parkingu nie ma pod apartamentem.

+ Удобна градска локация и опция за паркинг. Приятен и чист апартамент с всички необходими удобства и най-вече малка зелена градина зя която е нужна малко по-добра поддръжка, но така усещането е за уединено място в което времето е спряло! Благодоря за преживяването! .

+ Удобно и комуникативно място. Тишина в района и наличие на градина, близост до парк + детски площадки. Възможност за паркиране в близост, макар и в друг имот. Отзивчивост от домакина при наличие на въпрос и веднагическо съдействие. − Няма такова в моите очи.

+ Aproape de centru zona liniștită, loc de parcare in apropiere, spațios, o mica gradina in care ieși din bucătărie. − Gradina prea puțin amenajata.

Very good + - quite close to the city center and Vitosha Blvd (12 mins walking distance) - big bedrooms - very well equipped kitchen and very new furniture - well laid bathroom - private free of charge parking space - private garden - free coffee - good wi-fi - we were welcomed by two turned on ACs, so the temp was very pleasant inside, especially as outside was quite hot − - small bathroom - the garden looks as it is deserted, which is a big shame. We believe it could turn out to be an absolutely amazing place. As it is, it is almost non usable. - parking space is approx 5 mins walking distance (the grade is not influenced by this fact, as we consider the parking space to be near enough, the distance is just a mentioning).
