Excellent value for money. + The property was clean, modern and close to the centre. You can also find everything you need in the apartment, there’s a lot of cooking equipment. It had everything I needed. − Nothing.

Excellent comfortable stay with close proximity to public transportation + Quiet location, close to the subway system, centrally located with a supermarket within 2 minutes walking distance. − The only minor complaint is that the power outlets in the bedroom do not work and one of the bedroom lights did not work. However it was very nice that they provided an international power supply adapter so we could charge our electronic items

+ The appartment is located very centrally, is impecably furnished with high end appliances and in general is well thought through. The bed was very comfortable, there is everything that you need in the flat. − The cleanliness is not good - there are plenty of things left from previous visitors, including used eye drops 🙄 and many other things, which are for personal use, e.g. open mouthwash, and I am not sure why they are not thrown away after each guest. I had personally to throw away several empty shower gel containers, which were in the bathroom as well as some other things which were quite bothersome.

+ The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The interior is modern and comfortable, with a fully functional kitchen and a cozy living area. The location is convenient, and the neighborhood is quiet, which made the stay very pleasant. Communication with the host was smooth and professional. − Overall, everything was good. A few small details could be improved, but nothing that significantly affected the stay.

excellent sejour + Deuxieme sejour dans cet appartement confortable et plein de charme. Emplacement central a coté du metro, avec une superette au bout de la rue. La cuisine entierement equipée permet de faire de la vraie cuisine. Le quartier est calme. Nicolay est tres reactif et repond a vos questions par SMS pour resoudre les petits problemes. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. − il y a tout sauf un micro onde !

A beautiful stay in Sofia :) + The apartment was clean and peaceful. Not to mention it was very close to where my conference was taking place. I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in Sofia :) − The hosts were a little slow to provide check-in and check-out instructions, but besides that, everything was great!
