+ Everyone was welcoming a friendly. All the people i was bunked up with were wonderful people. − The only thing I can say really was the beds weren't too comfortable at all pillows too flat

+ El staff fue súper amable y capaz de solucionar inconvenientes que surgieran. Muy agradecida con ellos. La ubicación es muy buena, un barrio tranquilo, no es pleno centro pero son 30’ caminando al London eye. − Cobran por toallas y por desayuno; el desayuno es muy básico a mi parecer, no lo recomiendo ya que son tostadas con mermelada/manteca y cereal. Pero eso ya es gusto personal.

Not good + The location was kinda ok, close to the bus station. − It was extremely hot, and there was no AC. It was impossible to sleep because of the heat and the smell. The bathrooms and showers were dirty and very small; you literally couldn’t move inside them. I expected much more. The place needs to be renovated because it’s very old, and honestly, what hostel doesn’t have AC or at least decent bathrooms?
