Okay − Note: if you want to store your luggage, you’ll have to pay. Before check-in, we didn’t have to pay. After check-out, suddenly 5 pound per bag. Seems unneccesary.

Adorado hotel: volveré seguro! + La ubicación es perfecta ! Al lado de la estación de trenes y de dos metros… además te vas caminando a las principales atracciones de Londres. El personal amable , John lo Mejor ! Siempre dando consejos! La habitación era cómoda y grande para dos ! − Quizás lo único es que no hay ascensor por si es alguien mayor y no tiene aire acondicionado por si vas en pleno verano. Pero tiene ventiladores así es que todo bien !

+ La camera era pulita, minimale ma efficiente. Pulizia ottima, ogni giorno ci cambiavano gli asciugamani e veniva pulita la stanza. Ci siamo trovate benissimo. Il personale veramente gentile, ci hanno dato consigli e trattato veramente bene. Posizione ottima, vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche come il big ben raggiungibili a piedi in circa 20 minuti o tramite bus in quanto la fermata era letteralmente di fronte alla struttura. Tutto ottimo ci tornerei! − Avevamo la stanza all’ultimo piano, e non c’era l’ascensore.

I liked everything about the hotel especially the cleaned bathroom. + It was cleaned and close to many shops and restaurants. Victoria station was walking distance from the hotel. You can catch the Gatwick Express from here. If you enjoy walking to walk to Buckingham Place and Westminster Abbey. The room was a bit small but perfect for a solo traveller. It has a little a kettle and coffee, a fan, heater and the bathroom was very cleaned. I stayed on the first floor but it was very quiet. − Nothing

+ La recepcionista fue super amable con nosotros el día que llegamos, nos dio un mapa junto con recomendaciones para recorrer Londres de la mejor manera. La ubicación es muy buena, prácticamente por la puerta pasa un bus que te lleva a los lugares más o icónicos y sino a pocas cuadras tenes la estación Victoria. La cama era super cómoda al igual que el baño.

John, his family, and the staff were very easy to exist around. They were helpful, welcoming, and just chatty enough! + The folks who run the hotel are incredibly welcoming. It was close enough to walk to some major destinations, but far enough away to sleep easily without the late night high-traffic noises.

HOTEL IDEAL PARA HOSPEDARSE EN LONDRES + Aconsejado a 100%. A destacar la amabilidad del personal del Hotel, la limpieza, la comodidad de las camas, habitación grande con espacio, y la ubicación ideal con Meto y Bus a un paso del Centro. Sin duda volveremos. − Todo fue perfecto.

Perfect localization, amazing staff. + Very nice staff, the room was clean and every service that we needed was provided. The owner is exceptionally nice, told us about lots of places worth visiting and gave us recommendations about places where we could eat. When I told him that we barely had any sleep because our flight was at 5am and that we are going to a concert in the evening, they prepared a room for us as soon as possible so we could check-in early. That really made our day. I think the best summary of the staff is that I was actually sad when we had to leave, because I enjoyed talking with the owner so much. The localization is also great, 20 minutes walk to Big Ben. There is also a few of cozy cafes, pubs and restaurants around.
