+ I booked it online and specifically made sure that a hot tub/jacuzzi were on the property. I confirmed this and when we got to the hotel, there was no jacuzzi! − No jacuzzi (even when I asked specifically of there was one). Bed was horribly uncomfortable.

+ Good location − Night front desk attendant was disrespectful, confrontational and belligerent. We return to the room after a day of activities on Saturday, June 13, and our room had not been clean as promised. Plus we were out of toilet paper. I have pictures. The front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do about it and there was no manager on duty and hung up on me. When I was on the phone with him. We went downstairs to acquire toilet paper and discovered three housekeepers were still working the building. He said he could not leave the desk yet. He left the desk while we were downstairs. His attitude was atrocious. I understand that issues arise but how they are dealt with is important. As I said, he was extremely disrespectful, confrontational and belligerent. The physical facility was adequate but by no means up to what I consider Hilton standards.

Great stay regardless of inconvenience + The staff at this hotel are incredible. So friendly and helpful. The pool was open but not heated. We were told the heater was not working. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. − The pool was cold because the heater needs to be fixed. My daughter loved it no matter what temperature but it was too bad.

It was ok but was hoping for more + Staff/location − Rooms weren’t cleaned.We had to ask for towels…No soap in bathrooms.Not as clean as other hotels we have been to

I would return to this hotel when i go back to Roanoke + Super clean room and great layout. View was great, hotel sits on top of hill and Texas Roadhouse in less than 200 feet away − It was kind of quiet on the premises and in the hotel but it was late evening when we got back to the hotel. Actually it could be considered a plus by some

Beautiful Stay + The staff was very attentive and friendly. Beautiful mountain view. In proximity to dining opportunities. Enjoyed the patio area. We have stayed at this location several times. The level of efficiency and detail is consistently excellent. Karen particularly has always been inviting and helpful. − No dislikes.
