The $1.50 undisclosed fee that was added to the $10 parking fee was wrong on so many levels. + Mattress − The main phone to call hotel was down for about a week.

Nice hotel not too far from downtown. + Nice suites with comfy bed and separate longe area. Goid bathroom and fridge − Nothing

Overall nice, but the room was hot and you have to pay extra to park. + It’s clean and comfortable and close to Dr Pepper park. − Our room was hot and we had a hard time getting it cool. I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking. As much as it costs to stay there, parking should be included.

extremely spacious rooms. Very clean. + I am Handicapped so traveling can be a trial. I asked for a Handicapped room for mobility, impaired people and they actually had a two queen beds room. Room was gigantic. Not sure if that’s cause it was. Handicapped had to be big enough for wheelchairs or was a standard room size. The only negative was that they put up the bath tub in her room for mobility impaired people. The only other room that had a roll in shower had only one bed. I have had the unfortunate experience of having my room given away on more than one occasion. I called both Marriott in the front desk to tell them not to give away my room. They had a nice breakfast in the morning. For once the coffee in the room was nice and strong.

Great location facing the Mill Mountain Star + Friendly staff − Fire alarm went off and on from 11pm- 1am and we were on the 5th floor with an infant, toddler and preteen.. it was the most inconvenient experience I’ve ever had while staying at the hotel not to mention nerve wrecking with the fire fighters pulling up each time the building had to be evacuated (3 times). I do appreciate how management quickly took care of it comped our stay for the night and took accountability.

Nice place with competent staff. + Close to hospital, very nice place to stay. We had an issue while we were there and the manager responded quickly to solve our problem. That’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back to a hotel. − I never like any free breakfast, but there’s was a good one.

We would definitely stay here again. + We liked everything. Room was lovely and spacious and clean, staff were super friendly, breakfast was yummy! It was free to do a load wash and dry of a load of washing - we just had to buy the detergent which was available at the front desk. − We had a car luckily as we had to drive everywhere - nothing really in walking distance

There was no offer of any partial reimbursement or comp drinks/meals. Just sorry + Nice with friendly staff − Check in supposed to be at 3 pm. Upon arrival we were told rooms not ready and not sure when they would be. Several people waiting in lobby for over 2 hours and having to get ready for dinner/events in lobby bathroom. We were told would get a call when ready but didnt. Returned to property after dinner and were able to access our room after 6 pm.

− Check in time was 3pm but was told the room wasn’t ready. We sat until almost 5pm waiting and no one came to tell us it was ready. Finally went back to desk and asked and it was finally ready for check in. All the while we saw multiple cleaning personnel just standing behind desk.
