Excellent Experience + We were welcomed and received an upgraded room, drink tickets & free breakfast. The room was lovely and excellent breakfast. The bar service was very expensive, though.

Super Location + Great location just off major highway and in the midst of lots of shopping and restaurants. Large, comfortable rooms, great shower! In room coffee was definitely above average. Ample free parking but most of it a fair hike from the front entrance. Traffic light makes it easy to get out in either direction on busy street. Pleasant staff. Daily housekeeping nice.

Disappointed + It was not clean. It smelled humid as soon as I walked in my room. The door before we walked into the room was broken. The windows of my room were stained. You can tell the beds weren’t fully made because the sheets were sticking out. The only good thing it had was the breakfast area, the servers were very attentive and nice. The barista at Starbucks seemed to be in a bad mood, but it made sense since he was the only one taking orders, making the drinks, and stocking up items. When I tried to change rooms at the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do because everything was booked. It made no sense, since the parking lot was empty. Honestly, I expected better from Hyatt. Just shocked. Pineapple.

It was awful fore them + nothing--the hotel was not really available even though booking.com said it was. They slept in the lobby − If booking.com was accurate

Good stay! + Location, showerhead,peacefulness − The queen beds seemed as if we were sleeping in twin beds. They seemed small. Also, the bathroom was updated, but it didn't have an exhaust fan in the restroom. Plus the paint was peeling off the ceiling Ave the wallpaper was kind of coming off. The rooms needed updating, not just the restrooms.

There was no stay. − Actually having a room when I arrived at the hotel. Booking.com was still accepting reservations when the hotel was completely sold out due to flight cancellations. The front desk wouldn't even look at my confirmed reservation.
