To have a beer for $8.00 was very extreme. + Beds were comfortable − I booked in advance and asked to be on first or second floor. Checked in manually at front desk, the computers were down. To my surprise, we were put on the top floor.

Pleasant stay + Breakfast was OK, but they brought you a bill then took it off your room if you had breakfast included. I'd rather not get the tab in the first place if I'd already paid for breakfast. But selection was good and tasted fine----eggs, potatoes, sausage, bread/bagels/muffins, yogurt, watermelon, pineapple, juices, etc. − Really slow elevators. Two complimentary bottles of water

THE WORSE HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE EVIL EVIL EVIL!!! + Evil manager named Adriana discarded my wisdom tooth on purpose after I left it in my room. She was very rude and very nasty. I had to politely explain to her what a real general manager is and how they handle situations. I don't understand why these corporate hotels hire evil people like this. I am headed to the courthouse and contacting lawyers right now to see if anything can be done but I will not stop until corporate reaches out to me. I've never seen a more evil manager like this is my life. How can I come to your hotel after my dental procedure with my tooth sealed, but leave with it ripped open and missing?? Something will be done about this.

Awesome/professional bartender + Was a great spot to stay. Easy drive to the city in the morning (about 30 min no traffic). Five stars alone for the bar/the bartender Frankie G. He was fantastic and awesome to talk to/really down to earth and made the trip that much better to end the night at the bar. Definitely will return to this location and hit the bar up again.

Not great but not bad. + Clean, friendly staff. Couldn’t hear our neighbors at all. − The breakfast was not great. The eggs are powdered and have water added to them. Absolutely no taste to the eggs. Even salt and pepper didn’t help. Also the keurig machine in the room worked great but the coffee tasted so bad like metal and bitterness. The pool is super small. I’ve seen bigger above ground pools in my neighborhood. It only goes up to 4 feet. The room service isn’t open all day, no. They start room service at 5 pm. Ridiculous. I always thought the Hilton would be fancy and high quality. This was my first time in a Hilton. Unfortunately it wasn’t much better than the Holiday Inns I usually stay at. Not worth the money.

It was good the bed and room itself was comfortable but just the shower could use an update and accommodations should ha + It was in a quieter area that seemed like low crime. − We did not have hot water on the first day and the second day it was still not getting hot enough just slightly warm.
