    + Központban van, jól megközelíthető. Felszereltsége jó. Kényelmes volt a fekhely, ami különösen fontos volt a feszes és fárasztó hétvégi programomnál. Az apartmanba bejutás zökkenőmentes volt. − Javaslom felhívni a vendégek figyelmét arra, hogy minden hónap első vasárnapján régiség vásár van a Széchenyi utcában, ami a közlekedést befolyásolja. Szerencsére miskolci ismerőseim még időben felhívták rá a figyelmemet, így nem okozott problémát...

    + The owner/staff is really accommodating, i kinda lost while looking for the apartment but they help me. It's my first time booking an apartment and this is actually good for my first time and they let me check in early because i've arrived an hour early. It's clean and beautiful. Especially the location.
